  • SMS Service Terms & Consent to Receive Messages

By checking the opt-in box on our website forms or otherwise providing your phone number, you agree that you may receive appointment reminders, support, and updates via text messages (SMS) from Elevar Financial. 

  • Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and requests. You may receive multiple messages during tax season or when account action is needed.

  • Charges

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply. Elevar Financial does not charge additional fees for SMS notifications.

  • Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from Elevar Financial. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you explicitly opt back in.

  • Support & Help

Reply HELP at any time for support, or contact Elevar Financial directly at info@elevarfinancial.com for assistance.

  • Mobile Information Disclosure

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Changes to Service

Elevar Financial reserves the right to modify or discontinue SMS services with notice to subscribers.

  • Fees and Payment

Fees are quoted based on service complexity and are due upon invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges. Elevar Financial reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

  • Confidentiality

Client information is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and professional standards. We do not disclose client information without consent, except as required by law.

  • Limitation of Liability

Elevar Financial's liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Professional Standards

Services are provided in accordance with professional accounting and tax preparation standards. Elevar Financial does not guarantee specific tax outcomes or audit results.

  • Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed.

  • Modifications

Elevar Financial reserves the right to modify these terms with notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
